Medical Sales Representative (Primary Care & Outpatient)
Sales Account Manager
Rocky Mountain Laboratories – Glendale and Western Phoenix
About Us
Rocky Mountain Laboratories is a clinical laboratory providing comprehensive laboratory services. We are dedicated to delivering accurate and timely diagnostic information and are committed to improving healthcare outcomes through cutting-edge technology and a customer-focused approach.
Position
We are seeking a driven Medical Sales Representative to expand our diagnostic-testing partnerships across western Phoenix and surrounding communities. This is a high-autonomy, field-based outside sales role for someone who wants to own a territory end-to-end and help shape how we grow in the Phoenix market.
This role focuses on building long-term relationships with outpatient physician practices, including family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, OB-GYN/women's health, endocrinology, urology, dermatology, gastroenterology, allergy/immunology, rheumatology, outpatient cardiology, and other primary care or specialty clinics that routinely utilize diagnostic testing.
This is healthcare sales at its core—territory development, prospecting, and face-to-face relationship building. Candidates may come from medical sales, diagnostic sales, pharmaceutical sales, or other professional B2B and field sales environments. Strong communication skills, confidence presenting to clinical teams, and the ability to independently manage a high-activity territory are essential.
Responsibilities
Here's the full posting with everything folded in. On the comp wording—the fix is to call it a "guaranteed minimum" and a "floor" so it reads as protection during ramp-up, never a cut. I reworked your three lines into two cleaner ones:
