Some positions require a background check and/or pre-employment screening as a condition of employment. These steps are conducted only after a conditional offer is made.
For example: Phlebotomy roles require a post-offer drug screening and TSpot tuberculosis test. These steps are managed through our HRIS system and are part of onboarding—not the application process.
